1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is prepared or shipped by contacting us at srilalitha.emani@gmail.com. Once an order is in preparation or has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The order was canceled before preparation or shipping.
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns for reasons other than damage, defect, or error on our part.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us at srilalitha.emani@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and details of the issue (including photos of damaged or defective items, if applicable).
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Customized orders or products prepared as per your specifications are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.
